Last month I got the opportunity to do pictures for Michele, Jake, and their adorable son Nate! To sum up the Klika family all I have to say is kisses, hugs, shoulder rides, golden curls, and baby blues. Needless to say this shoot was great! We headed down to Lincoln Park on a surprisingly sunny October day. We started out with some amazing sun flare in the field (love it!) then headed down to the water for some shots of Puget Sound. After that, because Nate couldn’t take the anticipation anymore, we hit the big toy! Nate was totally into the kids playing at the big toy so it’s a good thing I’m quick with the camera cause that boy can run!
Michele thank you so much for letting me photograph your family! I had a great time getting to know you three and I hope we can do it again soon!

I have to give it to my cousins Angie and Scott! They are creating the cutest family ever! Just 2 1/2 years ago Angie was pregnant with little D and now we have welcomed little C. I went over to their house last month to do newborn photos and to see the little guy for the first time! I am so thankful to have such a wonderful family that I get to document for the rest of my life!

I haven’t updated my blog in six months which to some may look like a bad thing, but fortunately it means exactly the opposite! I have had the biggest increase in business this year since I started in 2007! Combine that with the fact that Chris and I are finally getting married this spring and you can see that I have a full plate (of all my favorite foods of course!) I am so grateful to all my new and especially my past clients for appreciating my work and coming back time and time again! I couldn’t have done it without your support, praise, and referrals!

One of my good friends, Greg, and his beautiful significant other, Brooke, had a baby! And boy is he ADORABLE! Chubby pinch-able cheeks and all! I have known Greg for several years and couldn’t be happier that I was able to capture this moment is his family’s lives!

My very first solo wedding clients are now my family photography clients! That’s right! Allison and Mike had a baby and he is the most adorable boy for sure!! I don’t have a ton to say about this post other than it’s great to know that my past clients enjoyed working with me so much that they hired me again! I love it!
